Nowadays, people really do prefer to live in an energy-efficient home! It's better to save today and help recover mother nature's condition. It's cost-effective! Some people also prefer to live in a house that doesn't need to be remodeled very often, especially if disasters happen. If such instances occur, there should be specific options for those.
